Joe Jonas is no stranger to touring and living life on the road. He’s been doing it for years with his brothers and now he’s getting ready to embark on a co-headling tour with Jay Sean.
Packing your life into a bus for anywhere from a month to a year can be very difficult. Some times you just have to pack the essentials. So what does Joe have to have on the road with him? When he dropped by our studio last week, we had to ask! Take a peek at the video for the answer.

Nick Jonas looks like he works on Wall Street as he crosses the way in NYC on Thursday afternoon (August 25).
In a recent interview, the 18-year-old musician revealed that he loves working behind the scenes — producing and writing with other new artists.
“[I’m] doing some songwriting there [in Europe], and there’s a British artist named Rachel Furner, for whom I predict big things, as well,” he shared.
“I think that there are some new bands and some new artists that I’m looking forward to people checking out,” Nick added. “So it’s just a lot of different sounds, a lot of different artists that I’m looking forward to just working on behind the scenes.”

By Donald Munro / The Fresno BeeI wouldn’t be able to offer up the first names of all three Jonas Brothers if I were captured by a raging boy-band mob, tied to a stake and forced to list each Jonas in exchange for my life.
So it’s pretty obvious I’m not the target audience for “Camp Rock: The Musical,” the last production in the Children’s Musical Theaterworks summer season. (It plays through Saturday at the Fresno Memorial Auditorium.)
In this case, the 11-to-14 year-olds on stage offer a solid version of what turns out to be a pretty weak Disney musical. If you’re familiar with the characters and songs in the movies “Camp Rock 1″ and “Camp Rock 2,” I’m sure it will be a lot easier to connect with the material. If not, this by-the-numbers storyline about competing pop-music summer camps – a David-vs.-Goliath battle – is more cute than compelling.
(Note: With reviews of CMT shows, I apply a gentler standard than with adult community theater, and I don’t critique young performers negatively, but given the reputation and ambition of CMT, I do offer my overall impression of a production.)
The “good” camp is Camp Rock. As the play opens, campers are returning for another summer of music making, including the scrappy Mitchie Torres (Taylor Mosher), who made quite a hit at last year’s camp, it seems. She’s also anxious to rekindle her romance with Shane Gray (Luke Teixeira), a spoiled pop star (and nephew of the camp owner) who fell in love with her voice.
There’s a “bad” camp, too, this one Camp Star. The woman who runs it is nasty, and so are her campers, which beefs up the big music competition between the camps at the end of the show.
I really like some of the design elements of the show, especially the way scenic designer Matt McGee shifts the action between the two camps by moving a mountain backdrop. Another distinct pleasure is the live band, conducted by Matthew Wheeler, which adds a nice beat to the rock-themed score.
But overall, I wasn’t wowed like at last year’s superb “13,” which was performed by the same CMT age group. Maybe it’s my JoBro deficit. Or maybe this show just can’t break out of bland TV-movie territory.

Taking care of some Big Apple business, Nick Jonas was spotted leaving his New York City hotel yesterday afternoon (August 25).
The “Who I Am” singer looked dapper in a dark suit with sunglasses as he smiled for fans and press who had gathered to greet him.
Recently, Nick took his girlfriend Delta Goodrem on a hot movie date back on the West Coast at the Arclight Cinema.
An eyewitness snitched, “They were very affectionate with each other on the way in and out of the theater. They were very much in love, holding hands, her head in his shoulders and stuff.”
And of course, Jonas brought his security detail to insure a peaceful evening. “Their bodyguard posed a very ominous and scary shadow over everything. People didn’t get near them at all because he was very hardcore about protecting them. The staff was scared to say hello to Nick because of Big Rob.”

The 23-year-old singer married Danielle Deleasa in December 2009 and admits their families have now started to pressure them into starting a family.
He said: “It’s that point now where people are just like, ‘Ok, so you’ve been married, when are you gonna have a kid?’ ”
Asked on ‘Access Hollywood Live’ about whether his parents had put pressure on them, he added: “No, yes, here and there. We’ve started to realise we might become those weird dog people. We have our two dogs, so we don’t want to be those weird dog people, so maybe we’re headed there sooner than we thought.”
Earlier this year, Kevin insisted he and Danielle are in no rush to start a family but would like “two or three” children eventually.
He said: “It’s going to be part of our journey very soon, but not right now, exactly.
“Four’s big. I would like two or three at the most. I think that’s the perfect number. I don’t know about too many after that.”

Hey Fans!
It’s Kimmy. I just want to let you know while I was on my family vacation in New York. I’ve been hoping to get to see one of Joe’s shows. I had won tickets to attend Joe Jonas’s private performance at the “P.C. Richard and Son Theater” which was part of Z100/iheartradio (thanks to Mo’ Bounce at Z100). I was pretty stoked! I didn’t take much pictures and videos (to be honest) because I knew they were streaming the concert live and plus I’m short and I couldn’t take good pictures/videos 90% of the time in that small standing room (like real small). Also, I wanted to soak in his performance and enjoy it. It was great to see Joe Jonas again (since I just saw him in July around the same time)! Yet strange at first just to see him, and not Kevin and Nick on each side as we all use to. Hahaha. Honestly, for those attending one of his US tour dates, you won’t be disappointed! It was his first time premiering “I’m Sorry” and “Kleptomaniac” (loved them). It was fun to see Joe actually dance and do some routines to some of the songs. I bet he has more in store for us on this US tour. It was also a surprise for the fans for him to do his version of “WYLMITE/Hello Beautiful”, which was fabulous. I notice that every time he debuts a new song from his upcoming album, it’s gets better and better. So thrilled for that to come out in October. For those who were asking, yes, I did meet Joe when he was arriving and leaving the theater. He’s nothing but a sweetheart. When he arrived, I got my picture with him and told him I came all the way from CA. He thanked me for coming out all the way from CA to support him, I couldn’t be happier to do so. He cracked me up when he was leaving because I was trying to take a picture and asked him to push the button, but he thought I was filming so he waved to my iPhone (Hahaha). After all of this, I can say, I see nothing but good things going for this boy on his “solo” journey. Congrats Joe on your upcoming album and tour (see you September 19th)!
ps. In these videos, that’s not me screaming, talking, or singing. Haha. It’s these girls next to me.
